Hello Paypal community,
I had a problem recently with one Ebay seller. I bought an item listed as genuine/authentic and I also asked seller via PM if his listing is genuine/authentic (which he replied yes) however after receiving item I realised I was scammed the item was in fact a counterfeit/fake/knock off product. When I message seller never admit his fraudulent listings. I was asked by paypal to return item but postage have to be paid by me. Which I think is wrong because seller's listing is fraudulent. Is there any way I can make sure seller pay for return postage ??
