The seller had until the 2nd of January to respond, to which he did not. I assumed this meant the case closed in my favor as I have read many times, but it still lists under active cases, under "awaiting response from seller". What gives? It's been 6 days since he missed his deadline and he still hasn't responded, I've had no word from PayPal and I'm getting quite frustrated as one could imagine. I sent an email to PayPal yesterday regarding it, and apparently by replying to it "I would be "prioritized"". I replied to it with a rerun of my situation to the PayPal team for the fourth time and still no word whatsoever. Help would be hugely appreciated!
