I bought NBA Trading cards from a seller in HK and paid him Aug. 24, he shared a video putting them in a yellow envelope. When I got it, it was different.
So i was creating a dispute - every time I continue, I doesn't push through.
He deleted his account in PayPal.
Been wanting to create a dispute for a month now, what can i do?
