Never received item. Seller provided Bogus tracking. JUST BECAUSE they gave a tracking number nobody at paypal even checked it even though I reported it was bogus ahead of the sellers response. however they wont let me respond because it is close. Phone number to paypal just comes up as busy and they have a policy a case wont be reopen if it was closed but it is in their error. I am losing faith in paypal and I am a great customer. Right now I am not feeling the paypal guarantee as the tracking will never show delivery because it certainly was not
