As I understand it, PayPal has blocked me for always. Is there any way to confirm the fact that I was not engaged in not engaged in and do not intend to engage in fraud? I made a transaction by buying an item from a friend's store for 1$, after that, I was blocked and I can't withdraw money for 180 days. What can you think of in this case?
