My card was blocked when my stipend from school was deposited and I couldn't reach a live person and one a guy calls and said that he's a green dot customer representative and he's going to take the block off the instead he deposited my money into a PayPal account and told me that the would in the mail box in 7 to 10 business days. This happened on 04/20/2020 and I haven't received any card yet.
