Blocked Account

Hey, so basically what happened is i got my account blocked like 4 months ago, i provided "Proof of adress" they just rejected it with words "the document you provided is not considered as proof of adress", i provided every document i had they just didnt accept them, although i have secound account with same info. it was blocked for same reason i send same document and they accepted it. Only diference was there were no money on that account to hold. What should i do ?, i know they do this on purpouse, also they are not responding via mail or any kind of support. Thank you

The helpline may be your best bet but it may take a long time due to the coronavirus
