The company that I filed a dispute over is trying to blackmail me. If I drop my dispute with PayPal, they will refund my money. I refused and they limited my account and I can’t withdraw my money. The money would have been on my account and not refunded to PayPal.
Ive repeatedly told them that PayPal says not to drop the dispute because I can’t refile it.
I have their email offering me the full refund and then they changed their mind.
They are located outside the USA and I filed a fraud complaint against them for blackmail with their country fraud department.
My bank is involved now
