I received a pair of Birkenstock sandals which on arrival definitely are not. They were advertised as genuine. They are not stamped, leather just all very cheap.....I'm trying to go to the resolution centre to stop this payment and get a full refund. They want an hhtps// number ?????? I don't know what to fill in
