On 8/18 I purchased a helmet for my husband through www.bikerlid.com . Stated delivery within 7-10 days. FedEx number provided. As of 8/27 there has been no activity for the FedEx pick up but a statement that a label was created for shipment for FedEx. The address is in Ontario, CA - California - just a suite. The phone number is international, looks to be from Australia. I submitted a request to the support at their website on 8/24, no response as of 8/27. I l also noted the payment was made as expected to kew cycle, and the contact per PayPal was www.getblissnow.com so I also submitted a contact request on their website.
Very Disappointed. Submitting a resolution dispute with PayPal.
