Big problems with PayPal

Hi, new here but I don’t know what to do. I was scammed by a person selling lululemon leggings. What I received were dollar store tights worth $5 at the most. PayPal says just because they look different I can’t get any money back. What should I do?

I also got scammed. Don't EVER use PayPal to purchase anything from a website other than eBay. UPS told me that there have been MANY people scammed by using PayPal. I filed a dispute which PayPal declined, because the seller had tracking information , even though UPS said that the tracking information was not my address.
