Beyond Frustrated!

I placed an order in Sept and tried to contact the company within a week with questions.  I tried every email address associated with the website, confirmation email and payment and no one had any record of my order.  I contacted Paypal to file a dispute and they said I authorized the charge so they couldn't help me.  I attached emails showing they had no record of the order and still can't get my money back. It has been 2 months, no order and Paypal keeps saying I authorized the charge so no refund.  How am I supposed to get my money back?  I clearly got scammed.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

i thought paypal guaranteed purchases? ive never had this problem. if you have copies of everything i would call and ask to speak to a supervisor.
