It tells you the transsction will be faster. Furthermore, Scammers are obviously stealing trustworthy names, credit cards and profiles so they can easily betray you and steal your money. Well, PayPal condon this through their lack of warning, misleading their customers and supporting scammers snd criminal organisations whose job is to know how to deceit you.
