Best online ps5

I paid $249.99 to Best Online July 2020. I bought my son a ps5. I've never heard back. Never received anything and PayPal concluded it didn't warrant their investigation. I bought it because of the PayPal insurances. Now what?

Did you open a dispute within 180 days? If so then.......

Which option you used to send the funds OR did the seller send an invoice or was it a website?

Which funding source linked to paypal you used to fund the payment?

Which dispute you opened?

I paid through a website. Thinking with it being PayPal I was covered. I filed fraud within 30 days since the site said 2 day shipping, and I'd received nothing. And I found out after I ordered that the unit wasn't available until December. I covered both items in my my dispute and was told it didn't qualify.
