I need help with opening a dispute with Best franchise store,the transaction is not showing up in my account but I have a transaction number

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)

2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

I tried ordering a PS4 pro for $79.99 and 2 weeks went by and I contacted them and asked what was going on with my order. They told me 2 weeks after they we're out of stock. Then I contact Paypal about this issue and then I get a tracking number sent to me and I thought I was gonna get my order. No apparently not it for sent to Bronx NY and I found out from USPS that it wasn't even in my name. So I was fortunately able to get a refund back from Paypal. This company makes excuses about your so called order. This company is fake because after I got my refund I searched the web again and the site changed web address name. They also have a number on there website that when call it it's the wrong number. If that's not a red flag I don't know what is.
