I have made a purchase from the <removed> (Fake Dyson website) and I later found they are a fraudulent merchant.

I do have the Receipt no from Paypal, but I have purchased through credit card. I could not see this transaction from my paypal account activity and I could not raise a dispute for the refund.

Can you please provide the solution to get back my money.

After many messages and other attempts of communication with PayPal I was notified today that I’ll be refunded my money. At first I was very doubtful of getting a refund due to the fact of the numerous amount of people in theses forums who were denied. I gathered as much evidence as I could discover about this fraudulent activity and presented it to PayPal. I spent many hours and several cuss words working on getting a refund. Hopefully this problem gets solved because not only does the customer lose money but so does PayPal when they give refunds.

Claim denied by PayPal. With all these complaints can’t they see this is a fraud website. We all use PayPal for the security of knowing they have our backs. Well looks like PayPal really doesn’t and allows it’s users to get scammed. Thanks for nothing!

That is strange to me that they refund some from that website but not all. (?) the website should have been shut down after the first hundreds of claims/disputes.

I just got an email from PayPal with the tracking number for the package and that my items have been shipped. Thankfully I already got my money refunded or my case would have been closed due to this. I can’t believe PayPal is still interacting with these known scammers through the already identified and fraudulent business names, websites and emails. But yet they sure can flag me awfully quick in these forums for posting repetitive information like this. http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/ https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker https://www.usa.gov/state-attorney-general http://www.ic3.gov/ REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IMMEDIATELY!!!

Have your credit card company dispute the purchase. You should get a refund then after they discover this is fraud

Take screenshots of the comments on this thread and include them with your dispute. If the site is still up go to their info page and take screenshots of where it says the “company” is located at, also phone numbers. Try googling the address & calling the phone number. Most likely it will be fake and go to voicemail (if it was a legit business why would it go to to a personal vm?). If the website is down then take screenshots of that too. Include ALL the info above on your claim and tell PayPal you are 99% sure the items you paid for will not arrive. I did this, I took screenshots of the website’s fake info, also directed them to this forum so they see it’s a known scam. They ruled on my favor almost immediately and gave me my $ back that moment. Make sure to include every detail of what happened and as many screen shots as possible proving your story. Good luck!!!
