Me too! I made a guest transaction, it was with a PayPal "merchant". PayPal can't verify transaction, cannot verify merchant and my order was never received! No way to find the merchant contact. I have spent hours online trying to find anything. PayPal is no help even though the payment was processed through them and paid to their merchant.
