I have what I think is an unauthorized payment to Beiyang Intl. No emails about what the order is, no items arrived, no company by this name found online, no contact info anywhere for this company. I placed a dispute with PayPal but they said it was authorized. Cannot get help from PayPal, just the hamster wheel of automated messages when I try to contact someone to help. Anyone know what this company is or how to deal with this?
