I am being scammed.
I purchased two bidets from a website for $60; model JBY1900 (THIS WEBSITE IS NOT THE WEBSITE OF PURCHASE) https://ltpro.net/products/non-electric-bidet-toilet

Since my original purchase, the entire website changed it's name from Kangaross to Veegia. I also have the original email order confirmation which specifically states the model and shows a thumbnail of the JBY1900. The product I received is extremely cheap quality, and is not acceptable.
I originally asked for a refund, and the company offered me $8. I escalated, and now the company is asking for me to pay to ship this product back to China, when the product isn’t even worth as much as the originally shipping fees they paid. The address they provided is unintelligible. They are using Paypal to scam people. I don't even know how much the shipping will be, but I'm guessing at least $30.
I don't know what to do. I sent a message to Paypal 3 days ago, but haven't heard anything back. I've tried calling, but their call centers are closed due to COVID-19. I have until June 15th to submit tracking info.
Any help would be super appreciated.
