Has any been frauded by the vendor producing an UPS confirmation of delivery of a product that you never received. When you contact UPS they tell you it was transferred to USPS for final delivery. When you call USPS, they tell you that it was delivered but not to your address, when you ask them to where it was delivered they tell you they can't say because you are not the sender. When you file compliant with PAYPAL they say vendor has proof of delivery from UPS, but will not follow up on your information that it was passed on to USPS and actually delivered somewhere else... They are allowing Fraud to occur and don't seem to care...
