I ordered a Warm Sunshine Sun Lounger and paid £24.98 and waited weeks for it arrived until I realised it was from China. I kept checked with their tracking number but what arrived was a pair of cheap ear pods! What do I want ear pods for at my age (I'm in my 70s). I have emailed them numerous times, but they choose to ignore my emails. A PayPal moderator named Siobhan emailed to click on a link but unfortunately I've been ill and the date has now expired. I am hoping that she she's this message so I continue with my complaint as I dont know what else to do.
Regards

Hi there @lizzyeddy55,
Thanks for your post! I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the item you ordered. In this case, we would recommend reporting this issue through your Resolution Center. Here's a great Help Center article with steps on How to File a Dispute. I hope this helps!
Take care,
- Celeste S.
