Been more than 7 months account was limited. I still can't withdraw my money :( ??? Why

I have a lot of money stuck with PayPal. I was a good customer, not sure why but they asked for documents which I gave, and without explaination, they still limited my account, permanently. Anyways, that was 7-8 months ago!!! I was told I will be able to get my money back in 6 months.

I have tried almost every week after that! I still can't get my money. Yes, my bank account and even credit card is linked (and verified) and I always get an error!

I have emailed PayPal thrice, no response yet.

I was fortunate enough to connect to a love agent a few days ago, and so told to try again in 30 minutes. That day and today.... those 30 minutes never came!!!

What do I do?? I have to pay bills. Its not a small amount. Please help me, I am now desperate

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
