Some has logged into my eBay account as a guest on chat saying to close a case which I opened because I purchased a phone and the seller sent a fake fedex tracking number saying it was delivered the same day I bought it, then he has gone into my eBay account as a guest chat telling them to close the case in his favour saying it’s been delivered and I am happy with it, I need to call eBay and PayPal but can’t find a direct number for any of them, can any help ,has this happened to anyone before
