Been 180 days and no Paypal email to let me withdraw

As the title has said, its been well over 180 days, more like 250 days, and yet still i havent recieved any email, notification ect whatsoever that i can withdraw.

I have done that 3 weeks ago, and still recieved no reply whatsoever. The support with Paypal is abysmal to say the least.
