Been 180 days and I still cant withdraw my money

Its been 180 days as of yesterday and I cant withdraw my funds. No email as they promised. No support staff anywhere. Wtf. What do I do?

Similar issue but I'm able to withdraw I just need to add a new bank so I can, however they don't any support agents to accept our calls or to chat with us, my friend however (not limited) can still call/talk to agents??

When you click transfer funds, did it tell you to add a bank? And btw I didn't understand the rest of your reply.

I already have a bank however I no longer use it since COVID.

I want to add a new bank so I can withdraw the funds I have, but I need to contact an agent because when I try to do it it gives me an error so I need to contact an agent to add the bank for me.

Oh. I dont have any problem with my bank. So far no email about withdrawal.
