I purchased an item from, as I've since learned, a scam company called Barkace, but the item I received was not what I ordered. Now I'm fighting to get my money back, and they're trying to short me by offering 10% back, not a full refund. Do I have any recourse through PayPal? As this is fraud, I'm hoping for some help.
Also, PayPal needs to ban/block Barkace from anyone trying to purchase their items. I have found numerous complaints on their Website and Facebook pages.
