Banned for trying to change my name??

Literally what it says on the tin, I submitted the documents to change my name once. I submitted the wrong documentation so I went through the process of acquiring the correct paperwork and submitted again only to get banned for “suspicious behavior” I was literally just trying to change my name. Can this be rectified or am I permanently banned??

Depends on the reason for the name change?

If it was for a 2 character minor typo or legal reasons ie marriage then you should have been ok.

If it was because you had a fake name on the account then yes it would be permanently limited.
