Where does it state in your TOS than buying and selling bitcoin isn't allowed? Looks more like you know bitcoin is a threat to your business so you are banning those who use it.
That depends...did they sent you the "You Can't Use PayPal No More" email with the after 180 days withdraw and specifically told you that you can't open other accounts, etc?
