Basically my account was banned and not too long ago I received an email telling me that my funds were now available to withdraw but the only problem is everyone I go back onto pay pal it tells me I cannot withdraw my cash. Pls someone help me
i'm just trying to move the money into my bank account that i already have linked with paypal. its now been over a year and paypal still havent contacted me.
