Bank reversals/ disputes

I have had a client who i took payment using the paypal credit card facility.  My husband then delivered the goods in his van to the address the clients gave us. After delivering the goods the clients then filed a dispute saying they had not authorised the payment.  Paypal reversed the transaction and paid the money back to the clients bank.  I have now been left with a negative balance on my account as the dispute was given in the clients favour!  This is quite clearly a case of fraud but paypal are unwilling to do anything to help me.  Has anybody else had a similar experience with Paypal and what did you do to resolve it?
