Hi I had a question A client opened a dispute against me even though I delivered work and paypal decided in my favour! So client decided to go to their bank to get a reversal and then PayPal assured me that I wasn’t on the hook for the amount because they already decided in my favour. So why is PayPal debiting my account for the amount? Does this mean I owe them money????

I understand how you feel about the situation.

There are 2 possible reason for this.

What is a chargeback? 

What is a bank reversal? 

One thing for sure though is that the funds will be on hold until the bank/credit card issuer finalize the case.
