Purchased a XK K 110 blast helicopter from Banggood. arrived opened the box it was broken swash plate grommets missing. e mailed them with pictures the very same day keep stupid responses from them they are nearly 3100 in pocket and i have 100 pounds of pure broken crap sitting here how can i get a full refund i cannot afford to waste 100 pounds like this help please and if any paypal staff are in here i need help
