The balance of my account was held for 180days as paypal said they can no longer offer me services and that they would send an email after that time period unfortunately is been over 200 days no email, no nothing.
Just silence from the paypal group what should I do to get my money back.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
