My account has been limited 180 days ago. Now I want to transfer my account balance and close the account. I sent an email to PayPal help center but they did not respond. What should I do now?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
