its almost 6months after my account in paypal got lock . and still i have a balance with my account .why still now i cant get my balance on my account its always says "YOURE ACCOUNT HAS A ISSUE" please help me i need the money on my account !
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
