Balance Transfer after 180 days

After 180 days waiting,Customer service 2 times said that I can transfer the money to my bank account within 24 hours on 12th March but still no sign to transfer.Customer service office also has been closed now.

Any advise from anybody to transfer my balance to my bank account or any alternative to contact paypal

Even if I send the message to Paypal,I received the automatic reply only

Cant help cos I'm in the same situation.

But I'm wondering what is the point of this community, when nobody seems to respond.
