I paid for a much more expensive item (squirrel proof bird feeder & 1Kg of bird seed) $30.98 US) and received a small plastic birdfeeder that is ridiculously cheap and was also smashed when I received it because of the way it was packaged. The seller offered me a very small refund but they would still be making a lot of money off of what they sent me. To ship it back to them for a full refund would cost me what I paid for the original purchase. I bet they are scamming a lot of people doing this. Paypal denied my dispute because the seller gave them a confirmation of delivery. Yes I was delivered something but nowhere close to what was ordered. I have opened a case with Discover against Paypal and the seller E-Haven commerce. I cannot see how to dispute Pay Pal's decision. Anyone know of a way.
