Let's talk today about why I cant resolve this problem. Everytime I put my information in my paypal account someone from PayPal steals money out of my bank account. And this has limited me from having a debt card. My bank has paid me back on a number of transactions but will not give me a new debt card. Without a debt card I cant pay back any money owed. See my problem? For the past year someone in paypal has stolen money off my debt card everytime it was a purchase of an item that I never received or ordered.do you see where this is going. I dont have any control of someone doing this to my bank account.
