Hello I have contacted lawyers and it is your responsibility to return to me fraudulent money, no matter how the payment was made. I am unhappy and you should give me the money.
If you are stating that unauthorized activity has taken place on your PayPal account you will need to report this in the Resolution Center. If the transaction was authorized, however, you didn't receive the item/service or it was significantly not as described you can also file a dispute there.
