Can anyone help me find a real, normal Customer Service Rep.? PayPal reversed a sale, did no investigation, admitted they made no investigation, agreed to ask for proof from the seller, then didn't ask for proof from the seller and and then ignored the documentation I sent that proved he was lying. They did this all in about 48 hours. All in violation of their User Agreement. Then they saw that they **bleep** up, and gave me a partial credit back on some fees but not all of the fees. I have emailed customer service in India and I get NO substantive response, even one guy said they don't refund shipping charges even after I sent him the message from PayPal that they did!  It is like "Alice and Wonderland" with these people. I just need to find a "real" person at PayPal who cares. They keep admitting they **bleep** up, but no one is willing to fix it!  At this point it is over $20!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
