I thought I stopped a subscription, but I was billed again this month for $97.  I can't reach anyone by phone, and the "help" subjects don't apply to me.  What next?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
