I have an open dispute as I was charged for a 'recurring' payment to GODADDY which I had tried to cancel. I tried telephonic etc to no avail. However the charge still went through. I am now trying to ADD additional proof of my 'failed' attempts to the dispute - via Resolution Centre . There is actually a HELP section on how to ASDD additional 'proof'. I am lifting a copy of the 'instructions'
On the Claim Details page of the Resolution Center, click Resolve Complaint.
Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment, or note.The problem is that I see no 'Resolve Complain' to be able to click 'Resolve Complaint as stated above. So I cannot add further details in support of my claim. Any hints?
