SCAMMED TWICE IN ONE YEAR BY COMPANIES SENDING WRONG PRODUCT & IN ORDER TO BE REFUNDED, I HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK THE TRASH THEY SENT ME!!! AT MY COST!!! PAYPAL SAYS:

If you don't receive the item that you ordered, or it shows up significantly different from its description, you may qualify for Purchase Protection, and we'll reimburse you for the full purchase price plus any original shipping costs, subject to terms and limitations. If you are charged for a transaction that you didn't make, let us know within 60 days, and we've got you covered.

That is not a guarantee is it..........

 If you don't receive the item that you ordered, or it shows up significantly different from its description, you may qualify for Purchase Protection, (of course terms and conditions apply as per their buyer protection policy which you should read).

 

This is what they do say........


PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
