BE careful with TOMTOP

I had a dispute with Tomtop as my order (an electric scooter) was not delivered after weeks. After contacting the customer service, several times, I received different answers. 

The told me that the goods were dispatched.  UNTRUE (I contacted UPS and the ticket was made, but UPS never received the goods)

In another mail,'you refused the goods'  UNTRUE, the goods were never sent

This was the most tricky anwer I got was If you still don't receive any information about your package after it was shipped 45 days,Please contact me again'  Here I would have completely lost my paypal guarantee. 

What helped: Writing emails to the address given by Paypal, and they finally refunded.

Are there other people with TOMTOP problems?
