Awful Pay pal experience

I bought an item from an unscupulous seller who sold item not as advertised. Tried to send item back and claim refund with ebay but then made the huge mistake of getting Paypal involved. This invalidated the complaint through ebay. Paypal were impossible to deal with - no telephone contact. messaging was very very poor and delayed. The delay in a decision was pushed back to when I was not able to comply with any outcome due to my forthcoming holiday. Despite telling Paypal this no solution was given or suggested and despite almost 7 business days elapsed still no resolution given for a simple open and shut case. Now I want to close my Papal account and the close my account function on paypal account page does not work either. Will never use ebay nor Paypal ever again. Be warned before complaining about anything bought using Paypal or eBay.
