Awaiting refund

Hi I paid for 5 BA airline tickets last June. The flight has been cancelled and BA have sent a refund. Pay pal have only refunded 1 of the tickets and have not refunded the remaining 4. I can’t get through on the phone. And no response on email. What can I do?

Were the tickets 'sourced' differently only refunds go back to the source of the original payment ie bank account to bank account or card to card.
