Hello, i have recently started making 3d models, and am intending on selling some commercially, all business is currently happening on the messaging platform discord. I want to start selling straight away however i know other sellers like myself have received refund scams, where the customer buys the item, receives it, then starts a dispute and gets their money back. I just want to know is there any legal terms i can make customers sign via email to prevent them from doing this, or is there anything in the paypal seller's protection i can use to my advantage (by providing them with some information) to negate the dispute (if one occurs)
