Automatic renew took money off bank account, I needed it

Last month, an Avast automatically renewed my subscription. I noticed money going missing, and I tried to get an refund from them, as it was well within their 30-day policy. I didn't get any refunds, nor any emails from them.
Today, I stupidly tried to claim that charge as unauthorized, since the one with subsriptions and all that requires cancellation numbers and I don't have any of that.
I'm really desperate, I thought I would get some money for food, but what am I supposed to do??
