I have a buyer for something I was selling on Ebay. I have had many red flags and I want to make sure payment is legit and authorized. Ebay said that the payment is to be authorizated from paypal. There have been many red flags and problems. Ebay cancelled the order after 48 hrs non pay then an hr later buyer made payment. DO I honor or do I refund now?
