Hello, this is my second paypal account because my first paypal account is under authentication mode and I dont know how to fix it, it says that "we notice unusual...." and then there is a button below that says Secure my account but when I try to tap on it it couldnt confirm that it is me. How can I fix it my money is still in there and I badly need right now my bills are already on stacked because I couldnt pay them. PLEASE I BADLY NEED YOUR HELP!! It also gives the number of Paypal but I dont know how to call them.
